Hello, my name is Bob Rinker. I've been doing Paintless Dent Repair in Phoenix since 1991. I got my start when my father in law opened Dent Busters. We worked hard to show the automotive community that this process for removing small dents, and door dings was a good way to save money, and improve the look of pre-owned cars. It was hard at first to get started, but after people saw first hand how well it worked, we were off & running. Since then there have been many changes in the industry. "Dent schools" started to pop up all over the country, and pumping out "dent guys" all over the place with two weeks of intensive training. unfortunatly, the art of paintless dent repair takes months, or years, not just a couple of weeks. It took me 6 months to learn to fix a little door ding to my satisfaction. Then, and now, I look at every car I fix as if it were my own, and repair it to my satisfaction, and Im very picky.
